Do you take custom orders?

Yes, We are able to do custom printing. I’m trying our best to make sure that have all of the most popular cards that my customers are looking for, but if you didn’t find it, please email [email protected] for more details.

Can you make (name of card)?

Yes, We are capable to add it to our next mass production plan, if it’s not available at our site yet.

How to pay my unpaid order ?
Send your unpaid order number to [email protected] We will tell you how to pay by credit card, PayPal, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, etc, whatever you prefer.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Any cancellations or changes to your order should be made within 24 hours of ordering. Please e-mail our customer service at [email protected] and we will cancel your order if it has not been shipped out yet.

I am missing cards from my order, what should I do?

Please email [email protected] and we will see what can be done to make it right.

I received the wrong card or wrong version of the card I ordered, what should I do?

Please email [email protected] and we will ship out the correct cards to you at the next couple business days.

The cards I received don’t look like I want. How can I get my money back?

Please email [email protected] to discuss, you will either get replacements, or get refund. We will make sure do our best to offset you.

When do you ship?

Within 1 to 3 business days of your order.

How do you ship?

Via ePacket First Class mail for regular shipping or UPS/DHL/Fedex express if you pay extra.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes once your order is shipped you will receive an automated confirmation email from our shipping system. Please check your junk mail if you have not yet received this e-mail in your inbox.
