This card was a $3 rare for years and years, until last year it spiked to over $30 after it started seeing play in Legacy Lands decks. You’ll still find it there, a one-of in most sideboards, and even if it has come down from above $30, Tower of the Magistrates remains a $15 card. Having never been reprinted, and with a decent amount of demand in Legacy, this makes sense – but the card has been on a downwards price trajectory ever since the big spike, and I can see its price crashing altogether if the card were ever to be reprinted.
