Another really strange card, although I think this one is actually pretty good and should see more play in the decks that can fully exploit it. You slap this on a pinger like Niv-Mizzet, Parun, Razorfin Hunter or Cunning Sparkmage and you’re off to the races! Pinger decks love to include cards like Basilisk Collar in order to kill opposing creatures, but what about Charisma so you can steal them instead? Sure, when they kill the creature they get all their stuff back, but all the same this is a very powerful effect that I think should see more play in decks like Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph. It’s not cheap, at $10.50, but all the same I think it’s worth thinking about if you’re playing a pingers deck with blue.
